I stayed at one of their hotels last month, and I don’t know why, but I was expecting the food to be a lot better. Breakfast looked good at first, but most of it was cold, and the coffee had that burnt taste that’s hard to ignore.

Dinner didn’t really make up for it either. I had the curry, and it was bland, with chicken that felt dry. The staff were lovely, so no complaints there, but for the price, the meals just didn’t feel worth it.

Stayed here the wi-fi was useless. It kept cutting out every few minutes, so I ended up using my phone data just to check emails, which is kind of ridiculous. The staff said it should be working, but clearly something on their end wasn’t right because nothing improved. For a hotel this size, you’d think they’d have this sorted. I wouldn’t stay again if I needed reliable internet

I stayed at a Centara hotel mostly because I wanted to relax by the pool. At first, the pool area looked really nice, and there were plenty of chairs, so you didn’t feel like you had to rush down early to grab a spot. Some days though, the water didn’t feel as clean as I expected, especially for the price. My kids still had a good time swimming, and it was definitely usable, but you kind of expect a bit more from a hotel like this. The staff were friendly when we asked for towels, which was nice. Overall, not a bad stay, just average

Well... the points were added really fast, and the free upgrade was a nice surprise. Overall, happy with the experience.

I booked this place thinking it would be easy to get around, but i’m not sure what I was thinking. The location ended up feeling way less convenient than I expected.

Most things felt farther away than they looked, and getting taxis took longer than I thought it would. Even quick errands or short trips seemed to eat up a lot of time, which got frustrating after a while.
If you have your own transport, maybe it’s fine, but without it, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. I kept wondering if I’d just chosen badly, because the whole stay felt more annoying than relaxing.

I had a good stay overall. The room was clean and mostly in good shape, though a few things, especially some of the bathroom fittings, looked a bit dated. That said, the staff was quick to take care of one small issue I mentioned, which I appreciated. Compared with a few other hotels in this price range, the service here felt more responsive and the place was better maintained. I’d stay again.

I booked a spa treatment hoping for a really relaxing experience, but it didn’t quite land for me. Everything felt a bit rushed, and the place didn’t seem as clean as I would’ve expected for the price. The staff were friendly enough, which I appreciated, but the massage itself was average. Personally, I wouldn’t book it again.

I was expecting the rooms to be a little more updated, so that part was a bit disappointing. That said, the pools were really nice and the gym was better than I expected. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the rooms could definitely use a refresh

Check-in was, smooth and quick. The staff found my booking right away, and even though there were a few people ahead of me, I didn’t really have to wait long. I guess the only thing is that the room deposit could’ve been explained a little more clearly, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, it was a good start to the stay.

I booked this place mostly thinking we’d have an easy beach trip, but to be fair, the access wasn’t quite what I expected. We had to walk more than I thought, and a few parts were a little awkward because the signs weren’t very clear. The beach itself was decent once we got there, but going back and forth got annoying, especially with bags and kids. The hotel was fine overall, I just wouldn’t say it’s the best choice if super easy beach access is a big priority for you.

The hotel was okay overall, and the staff were really nice. I’m not sure if it was just the room I had, but the noise was kind of a problem. I could hear people in the hallway late at night, and there was some street noise too. I didn’t sleep very well for two nights, which was disappointing because I expected it to be a bit quieter

This wasn’t a good stay. The staff barely smiled and acted annoyed whenever we asked even simple questions, which made us feel like we were bothering them. That kind of experience really makes you lose trust in a place, and I don’t think I’d feel comfortable coming back

The staff seemed bored and uninterested, and the weird part is the kids picked up on it right away and didn’t even want to stay. It just wasn’t the kind of place that felt fun or welcoming.

To be fair, the place itself was fine, but it just didn’t feel like there was much for kids to do. Our kids got bored quickly, so I wouldn’t really recommend it for families looking for activities or entertainment for children.

Just a heads up if you’re thinking of staying at a Centara hotel, my room really wasn’t comfortable. The bed was way too hard for me, and the pillows were so flat that I barely slept well most nights. The AC didn’t help either; it was noisy and kept switching between too cold and not cool enough. The room looked decent when I first walked in, but it wasn’t relaxing to stay in. For the price, I expected a much better night’s sleep.

I got the booking done without any real problems, so that part was fine. The pages did load slow though, and the confirmation took longer than I thought it would. I guess since it worked in the end I can’t complain too much, but it still felt kind of average overall.

The place was dusty everywhere, and the bathroom had a bad smell too. I don’t know who’s supposed to be checking the cleaning, but they definitely missed a lot

I was really hoping for a decent breakfast, but it just didn’t hit at all. The eggs were cold, the bread tasted stale, and the staff didn’t seem too bothered when we mentioned it. Come on now, breakfast doesn’t have to be fancy, but it should at least be fresh and warm...

Booked through Centara Hotels & Resorts. Simple at first. I just had one question about changing my dates. Got the automatic email right away, so I figured someone would follow up soon. Then... nothing. Three days of waiting. When they finally replied, the message was really short and didn’t explain much. No clear options, no real help. I ended up having to email again just to understand what I could actually do. The hotel itself might be totally fine, but the online customer service part was slow and frustrating.

I don’t think this is worth the full price. It’s not terrible or anything, but for what you get, I’d probably wait for a sale or look around for something better.
